ABOUT BOOKING AND STAY

What’s the minimum duration of stay I can book?
This depends on the regulations of a city. In Singapore the minimum stay has to be for 3 months but in Paris you can stay even for one month.
We are a group of 4 friends wanting to stay together. Can you arrange that?
Sure, you can have a separate apartment.
I want an apartment in a specific area, can you find it for me?
Sure, XACCO offers customized housing solutions, and we would love to find bookable options for you.
Will the apartment be furnished?
Yes, we provide you with a ready to move space that includes furniture, common electrical and kitchen equipment, bed linen, television, high speed internet etc.
Who will maintain the apartment?
In most apartments, we offer complimentary cleaning services 2 times a month. XACCO has a separate team for facilities management who takes care of all maintenance issues. You will be given the contact details of housekeeping and maintenance persons when you move in.
What documents will you need to sign the contract
For Singapore, we require a copy of your passport and visa/employment contract to sign the contract. For an apartment in France some other documents (like a guarantor ) may be required. However, being registered in France, XACCO does offer you flexible solutions and guarantees on your behalf.

FINANCIALS AND CONTRACT

I plan to rent from the second week of the month. Do I need to pay for the entire month?
No, we charge you the rent on a pro-rata basis from the date mentioned in the contract.
Do you charge any service fee or commission?
We do not charge any commission /registration fee.
How much security deposit do I have to make?
We charge one monthly rental as security
When do you refund the security deposit and is anything deducted from the deposit?
All the refunds are processed within 30-45 days after you move out. A XACCO property management executive checks the inventory, and we only make deduction in case of any damage or destruction of any items in the inventory. In case there are any unpaid invoices, they are also deducted from the deposit.
What do you charge for the utilities?
For your convenience a free utility allowance is already included in your rent. In most cases that is sufficient to cover for all the utilities. However, if you consume more than the free allowance, we bill the balance to you in the rental invoice of the next month. The free allowance limits will be clearly mentioned in your rental contract.
What if I decide to leave the apartment during the contract time?
You will have to give us one month’s notice in case you wish to leave the apartment before the expiry of your contract dates. Please note that you can make an early termination of contract only after completing the statutory minimum stay requirements as per the Government. For eg. If you have signed the contract for 1 year stay in Singapore, you can only make a request for termination of contract after the completion of 3 month of stay.
When is the rent due?
The rent for every month is due on the 1st of that month. In case you have moved in on a later date, we will send you an invoice on a pro-rata amount.
