BOOKING AND STAY

a)

Minimum duration of stay you can book?

This depends on the regulations of a city. In Singapore the minimum stay has to be for 3 months but in Paris you can stay even for one month.

b)

Maintanence

In most apartments, we offer complimentary cleaning service. XACCO has a separate team for facilities management who takes care of all maintenance issues. You will be given the contact details of housekeeping and maintenance persons when you move in.

Documents needed to sign the contract:

Refer to list of docs in our new booking flow for each location

Service fee or Agency fees:

We do not charge any commission /registration fee.

What will be the amount charged to make a booking:

1st month’s rent and 1 month security deposit.

Charge for Utilities:

Electricity bill is based on your consumption, and we share receipts every month. Your wifi bill and insurance depends if it is covered in rent or additional based on your contract.

What if you decide to leave the apartment during the contract time?

You will have to give us one month’s notice in case you wish to leave the apartment before the expiry of your contract dates. Please note that you can make an early termination of contract only after completing the statutory minimum stay requirements as per the Government. For eg. If you have signed the contract for 1 year stay in Singapore, you can only make a request for termination of contract after the completion of 3 month of stay.

When is the rent due?

The rent is due every 1st of every month, or 1 month from every check-in date, whatever is mentioned in contract.

i)

We charge you the rent on a pro-rata basis from the date mentioned in the contract. Eg. if you check in between a month, you don’t have to pay rent for whole month, just the no. of days you lived in it post check in.

REFUND POLICY

All the refunds are processed within 30-45 days after you move out for Paris and Singapore.

A XACCO property management executive checks the inventory, and we only make deduction in case of any damage or destruction of any items in the inventory. In case there are any unpaid invoices, they can be deducted from the deposit.
